🌿 Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because every piece at Aube.Soléa is handmade to order, please allow 5-7 business days for us to craft, grout, and cure your items before they are dispatched. Once shipped via Australia Post, standard delivery within Australia typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our Sydney studio.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we begin the hand-assembly process quickly, we accept cancellations or modifications within 12 hours of purchase. Once we have started grouting your tiles, we may be unable to make changes, but please reach out to us as soon as possible.

How do I know the products are high quality?
Quality at Aube.Soléa is defined by Artisanal Integrity. We don’t just curate; we create. Every coaster and object is hand-assembled in Sydney using premium ceramic, pool mosaic, or glass tiles. Each piece undergoes a rigorous inspection to ensure the grout is seamless and the finish meets our high minimalist standards.
Will the item look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our products in natural light to capture their true colours. However, as every item is handmade, slight variations in grout texture or tile placement may occur. These subtle differences are the hallmark of artisanal work and make your piece truly one-of-a-kind.
When will out-of-stock items be replenished?
As a small-batch studio, we restock based on the availability of specific tiles. You can sign up for "Back in Stock" notifications on the product page or follow our Instagram for the latest studio updates and restock announcements.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our tile objects to ensure they arrive safely. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us at aube.solea@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
As each piece is hand-crafted specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully and review our product descriptions and photos before purchasing. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if you have any concerns about your order once it arrives, please reach out to us and we will do our best to find a solution.
