Shipping Policy
1. Processing & Crafting Time
Unlike mass-produced items, every Aube.Soléa piece is hand-crafted and made-to-order in our Sydney studio.
- Production Lead Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be meticulously hand-assembled, grouted, and cured before dispatch.
- Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or New South Wales public holidays.
2. Shipping Times & Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
- Sydney & Metro Areas: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Interstate & Regional: Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post or local couriers with tracking included.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $75.
4. Order Tracking
Once your hand-crafted piece has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.
5. Delivery Information & Address Changes
- Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- Re-delivery: If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
- Address Changes: As we begin the crafting process quickly, we may not be able to modify the shipping address once an order is processed. Please contact us via Instagram DM (@Aube.Solea) or email immediately if you notice an error.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
- Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times once the order has left our studio, especially during peak holiday seasons or extreme weather.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Aube.Soléa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Support: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at aube.solea@gmail.com, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
