OVERVIEW Welcome to Aube.Soléa. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Aube.Soléa. We operate this store and website to provide you with a bespoke, hand-crafted shopping experience (the "Services"). Aube.Soléa is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide these Services to you.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink (such as our Refund and Return Policy).

SECTION 1 - HAND-CRAFTED NATURE & VARIATIONS

As Aube.Soléa is an artisanal studio, you acknowledge that every product is hand-assembled, hand-grouted, and cured to order in our Sydney studio.

  • Unique Characteristics: Subtle variations in grout texture, tile alignment, or colour are inherent to the handmade process. These are not considered defects but are unique characteristics of artisanal work.

  • Lead Times: Unlike mass-produced items, our products require a crafting period. Standard production takes 5–7 business days before dispatch.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT ACCURACY

We make every effort to display the colours and textures of our tiles as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CUSTOMISATION

When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase. Given the custom-made nature of our items:

  • Cancellations: We accept cancellations or modifications only within 12 hours of purchase. Once the hand-crafting process has begun, we cannot accommodate changes.

  • Acceptance: Your order is confirmed only when we process payment and send a confirmation email.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)

We are a Sydney-based business. While we offer estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., Australia Post) or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in our Services, such as the Aube.Soléa name, logos, tile designs, and product imagery, is the property of Aube.Soléa and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney, NSW, for any disputes arising from these Terms.
